Through our PHAEA Farmers-Employees project, powered by we produce local sustainable food.

Our employees that also own agricultural land and apply farming with their families implement sustainable food production practices.

They complete a 46 KPIs questionnaire and they self-assess their level of sustainiability. They are then audited and trained by LOCAL FOOD EXPERTS agronomists to improve their sustainability skills and vision.
